Where are you located?

I'm from Italy! All orders are shipped from Italy.

How often do you restock out-of-stock products?

I usually restock sold out products every 1-2 months. This doesn't include limited edition products and products in the retiring section.

What's a pre-order item?

Products flagged as "pre-order" are new products, yet to be produced.

You will find an estimate shipping date in the description. Sometimes I will include a pre-order bonus for special pre-order products!

What do I do if I submitted the incorrect address?

If you submitted the incorrect address or you changed address, please contact the costumer support right away. Once the order is shipped, it is impossible to change the address and I can't refund the shipping fee.

What do I do if I never received my order?

An order is considered lost if you haven't received after 3 months after your order was shipped. If you think your order is lost, contact costumer support.

When will I receive my order?/What are the shipping costs?/What is the return policy?/Why did I have to pay VAT/custom fees?
