Shipping costs and Delivery times:
Delivery
All in-stock products will be shipped within a week.
Orders are shipped from Italy. Depending on where you live and on the weight of the package, estimated delivery times and prices are as follows:

Customs
I don't collect VAT fees and customs charges as I'm not able to calculate them. The buyer is responsible for VAT and customs charges in their respective country.
All packages are trackable or partially trackable.
You'll receive an email with the tracking number after the order is shipped.

All orders are hand packaged in padded mailers and extra bubble wrap on frail products.

Returns and Exchange Policy:
Policy
If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact costumer support
to receive replacements.
Please make sure to provide the correct address. If the order is lost because you didn't provide the correct address, you will not receive a refund.
If your order is sent back due to transportation, customs or delivery problems, I can send it again, but I will need you to pay the shipping fee again.
If your order is lost, granted you provided the correct address, I will reship your order or provide a refund.
